DENIM AFTER DARK is a rich indigo blue inspired by the dark washes and fitted designer denim that defined the late 70s and early 80s, made for nights out, loud music, and everything that came after. During this time period, denim had officially stepped out of the everyday and into pop culture. Thanks to brands like Gloria Vanderbilt and Calvin Klein, jeans became sleek, fitted, and just a little provocative. And of course, there was the now-iconic campaign featuring a very young Brooke Shields in a pair of impossibly tight Calvin Kleins, a commercial that stirred controversy and instantly cemented designer denim as a cultural obsession.
Let the Good Times Roll is a collection inspired by youth, freedom, music, and the magic of the late 70s into the early 80s. One of the last true analog eras.

Quality & Care
All yarn bases are high quality and ethically sourced from farms that follow mulesing-free practices. Each skein may vary slightly from one another due to the nature of hand dyed yarn, but that's the beauty of it! Simply alternate skeins when working with the same colorway to prevent pooling. Yarn is dyed in small batches and then washed with Soak wash, however some bleeding may still occur. For best results, handwash your finished project in cool water using a mild detergent safe for wool and lay flat to dry. I try my best to photograph the color as closely as possible but please note computer monitors tend to vary.
