Hello everyone! I’m Kim, the owner and creator of Newburgh Yarn Co. I launched this small-batch, hand-dyed yarn company from my home in Newburgh, NY, in 2022. Each of my yarn bases are dyed with care, using high-quality, ethically sourced materials from farms that prioritize mulesing-free practices. Designed with garment makers in mind, I currently offer both superwash and non-superwash options, with a focus on rich, saturated tonal colorways.

Creativity has always been a part of who I am. As a child, I dabbled in everything from sewing and crocheting doll clothes to photography and crafting clothespin dolls—anything that let me bring ideas to life. Over time, my love for crocheting blossomed into knitting, which ultimately led me to the art of dyeing yarn. Now, I’m thrilled to share that passion with you!
