Newburgh Yarn Co. presents the Hudson River School of Art Collection. Inspired by the Hudson Valley, the Catskills, and the Adirondack region that so deeply captivated artists of the nineteenth century. The Hudson River School was a movement, but it was also something greater. It was a way of seeing. Influenced by Romanticism, these painters looked to the valleys, rivers, and skies of New York and found not just scenery but the sublime. Their canvases glowed with light, reverence, and drama as they captured the wild majesty of the land as both inspiration and sanctuary.

This collection carries that same spirit. It evokes the hush of mist over the river, the brilliance of autumn foliage, lush greenery, the strength of stone, and the sweep of skies painted in ever changing hues. With six new colorways and two returning favorites, the collection forms a palette of grandeur and intimacy, of history and vision, inviting us to pause, to look closer, and to feel the wonder these artists sought to preserve.
